Note by the Secretariat:  The secretariat indicated in its informal note containing the draft classification list (24 May 1991) that it would prepare a revised version based on comments from participants. The attached list incorporates, to the extent possible, such comments. It could, of course, be subject to further modification in the light of developments in the services negotiations and ongoing work elsewhere.
  
 

 
   
 

The CSME Unit is an autonomous unit of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs  charged with the responsibility of co-ordinating all activities involved in the implementation of the CSME in Trinidad and Tobago. The Unit is supported by a Cabinet Appointed Inter – Ministerial Consultative Committee (IMCC) and a Business and Labour Advisory Committee (BLAC). The Unit also collaborates with the CARICOM Trade Support Programme (CTSP)  of the Ministry of Trade and Industry and both are housed at 6A Queen’s Park West, Port of Spain, Trinidad West Indies.

  
 

 
   
 

What is the CARICOM Single Market? The CARICOM Single Market is an arrangement which allows CARICOM goods, services, people and capital to move throughout the Caribbean Community without tariffs and without restrictions to achieve a single, large economic space, and to provide for a common economic and trade policy.
